I've been very pleased with the service provided by Yellow Technology over the years that I've been dealing with them. They're a friendly team, who don't resort to jargon and have always worked with me to solve my problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Their online support via eCare has proved especially useful.

Above all, I value the fact that I can trust their advice. They have always been open and honest with me. I have never felt persuaded to buy something that I didn't need, or to choose an expensive option when a cheaper solution would be just as good.

All in all, I'd gladly recommend Yellow to anyone.

I just wanted to take a moment to give you a heads up to the service I received from your company this week. I had some trouble with Kontakt (again!) and called in to the office for help. I spoke to Ben, explained what the problem was, and from that moment on he took complete ownership of it. He helped me sort out the issues, talked me through the solution and – and this was VERY impressive – then called me later in the day and left a message to say he was checking in with me to make sure that everything had gone smoothly, and to reassure me that, if it hadn't, he was around to help. You might say "well, this is what we do..." and of course you're right. Nevertheless, his attention to detail and all-round thoroughness made my life a lot easier. As I result I'm heading off to a Producer's meeting this morning with the demo I wanted (as opposed to the one Kontakt might have forced me into!) safely synced to my iPad, and a smile on my face.
