One of our unique selling points is the amount of time we spend consulting with our clients prior to a purchase. Even for the smallest spend, we like to ensure we have considered all the options and angles before accepting an order. A little time in preparation saves a lot of time in later stages.

For the larger projects that we undertake, we will normally prepare detailed system diagrams, wiring schedules and proposals. We will visit sites and take detailed digital photographs at the earliest opportunity in order that we have as much information as possible for the planning stages of the project.

The consultation process is extremely important. It is not about our consultants telling our clients what they should buy – it is about our consultants understanding what our clients need. It is not uncommon for our consultants to dissuade clients from more expensive purchases when a cheaper, more effective solution is available.

We have a principle that we call ‘Invisible Technology’. We want to help you achieve your aims through the use of technology that doesn’t impede your workflow.
